Live your life in connection with

Yourself, Others, Nature,

and the Force that unites us all

Nature-Based Life Coaching

through parts work, systemic constellations and bodywork

Does this sound familiar? Someone asks you how you’re doing—and you have to stop and think for a moment. What did you do today? What happened this week?

And suddenly you realize: You can barely remember. Not the day. Not the week. And certainly not when you last felt true joy.

You think to yourself: “I used to have dreams about what my life would look like, what adventures I’d have, and all the things I wanted to accomplish in the world. Where did all that go?”

Unfortunately, many people feel this way right now. There’s a certain emptiness, but we don’t know what’s missing. That’s exactly how I felt some years ago, too. On my journey of self-discovery that followed, I discovered something fascinating:

We only feel truly fulfilled, alive and as part of something greater, when we consciously engage with ourselves and our surroundings. To do this, we need a deep connection to four areas:

  • ourselves,
  • other people,
  • Nature,
  • and the source of all being.

And these relationships need to be nurtured regularly.

Often in our lives, we focus on just one or two of these areas. And even when we seek support in the form of courses or coaching sessions: Do they truly implement a balance and integrate all four areas?

This can lead, for example, to extreme individualism and self-optimization. But community, the natural world, and even the spiritual realm fall by the wayside.

Or we focus more intensely on saving other people, natural habitats, or animals—or slip into a rose-colored-glasses spiritual bubble.

To a certain extent, this is a natural tendency. But at some point, we might realize: Something is missing!

This inner emptiness is often a sign that the four areas have fallen out of balance.

And that balance isn’t a luxury—it’s essential. Only then do we feel like part of something greater. Only then do we shift our focus away from the ego and toward the oneness of all things.

To truly enter into this deep connection, we need to be aware and active—both in our thoughts, feelings, and sensations, as well as our actions.

Mindfulness, Courage, Dedication, Enthusiasm

When we set out on the path to being truly authentic to ourselves and to genuinely living out our purpose and our place in this world, we need more than just the thought of, “It would be nice to achieve that.”

Because this path also leads us into challenges, rough waters, and uncomfortable feelings that we may have been happy to push aside until now.

If we truly want to take a closer look, we need

  • Mindfulness—because only then can we recognize the subtle differences in how certain thoughts and actions influence us and may steer us in a direction we don’t want to go.
  • Courage—because some emotions can truly frighten us, and it would be much easier to keep repressing them and looking away.
  • Dedication—because only when we fully commit to the process, with no turning back, can we truly embark on this journey. But dedication also involves a sense of warmth toward ourselves, which is necessary so that we have the energy to persevere even during difficult phases.
  • Enthusiasm—because a certain curiosity and enthusiasm for the process can bring us joy and lightness, and thereby provide us with a special strength for the tasks ahead.

You never have to give up any part of yourself to be fully accepted and loved!

Hi. I’m Elisabeth, the face behind Follow Your Wild Heart.

My name is Elisabeth Demeter. I’ve always been fascinated by the question: How does something work? What’s it really all about? And what’s underneath it all?

In 2012, I also got to a point where I realized that my life felt somehow empty. Since then, I’ve been walking the path of awakening and following my wild heart and getting to know myself more and more deeply—through Nature, community, and the spiritual realm. And since 2018, I’ve dedicated myself entirely to this path and to sharing my experiences.

My work draws on various worlds: my previous career in IT and data security and my time in the private sector—and more currently: wilderness trainings and experiences, living in a nature-oriented tiny house, as well as continuing education in coaching, life counseling, and psychotherapy.

My dream is to “buy back” as much land as possible. Through the projects I'm involved in, I help preserve and create habitats where a balanced life between human and non-human beings can be learned, practiced, and lived.

Especially here in Europe, it is important to me that we reconnect with

  • our own local indigenous heritage,
  • our ancient traditions,
  • the natural wisdom of the land,
  • our ancestors,
  • and also with future generations.

All of this helps us so that we no longer have to fill this void in our own heritage by exploiting other countries, cultures, or forms of wisdom.

What you’ll find here might be right for you if...

  • you really want to get to know yourself better, but aren’t quite sure where to start.
  • you feel resistant to pure self-improvement, but feel that most programs either focus solely on that or are actually designed only for people with mental health issues.
  • focusing solely on your own life doesn’t feel right to you, and you also want to learn how to connect with others, Nature, and Source.
  • you’re finally ready to take a really close look at what actually lies behind all the patterns that are keeping you from being fully your Self.

We’ll get along especially well if...

  • you love local and organic food, farmers' markets, local bookstores and craft fairs
  • you love to celebrate what makes a place special – their local businesses, music and arts and know that real wealth is always found in community
  • you’d love to see your city filled with urban beekeeping, orchards, food forests, backyard chickens and front yard gardens
  • you’re deeply critical of our current dominant society and economic systems (and where it seems to be heading). You just don’t trust ‘the man’.
  • you resonate with the idea of restoring beauty to life.
  • you resonate with my philosophy and feel like you might be a fit.

It probably isn't a good fit if...

  • you're looking for someone who will validate your world and your perspective without questioning or challenging things.
  • you can do it on your own anyway and don't need any help.
  • you value a socially conformist and compliant outward appearance.
  • you’re not willing to invest time and energy in your own personal growth.
Does this sound like you? Send me a message and let’s set up an initial consultation. No obligation—just a chance to get to know each other.

Life can feel rich & fulfilling—even in the toughest situations.

All the best,
Elisabeth
