Life is created by the choices we make.

Most people think that if we do more, act faster, and/or rely on rational decision-making, we will be able to control and steer our lives to achieve everything we want.
But what is actually important is that we step away from all the hustle and bustle and listen to what our whole body, mind and spirit really want and need, so that we can free ourselves and live a life truly aligned with our purpose.
And this is most holistically achieved by going out into nature and opening up our senses to all that’s truly around and inside of us, so that we can get in touch with our inner compass again - our gut feeling.
With nature at our side, we can make purposeful decisions that help us create a more authentic life and uncover our essential truth.
And, like everything in life, there are different ways to achieve a joyful, fluent and vibrant life. Here are some options I'm offering:

Becoming Naturally Visible on the Web
All of what I offer is very much experience-based, because we learn and retain information better through experiencing it with the whole body. There is however also always a little bit of background explained as well.
Since I've come a long way through different areas of experience, I'm applying a very unique approach to all the services that I'm offering. In the background of everything I do, these are the influences that drive me the most:
- Coyote Teaching
- Medicine Wheel
- Interconnectedness
- (Social) Permaculutre
- 8 Shields Model
- Dragon Dreaming
- Truth Speaking
- Wild Nature (Wilderness)
Coyote Teaching
This form of teaching is based on a way of natural learning practiced by a lot of indigenous cultures for thousands of years. It is actually more like mentoring, as it works on many levels in the background, guiding the students to find their own answers.
Medicine Wheel
The Medicine Wheel was used by indigenous cultures as a way to connect everything. It represents natural cycles of the four seasons, the four elements, the course of the sun during the day, life itself, and so many more layers. It's a way of looking at life not as a linear thing, but as an ever-renewing cycle. It's not about up and down, good and bad, but embracing different stages of development as equally important.
Interconnectedness
Every person consists of a lot of different parts (body, mind, soul) that are all interconnected and impact one another. And just like in a small way, every human, every animal, every plant are connected in this big organism that's the universe. It's a complex and holistic view of the world and everything in it.
(Social) Permaculture
Permaculture is a combination of the words "permanent agriculture" and is based on 12 principles. Even though they were developed with agriculture in mind, they can easily be adapted to also fit into our lives, which is sometimes called Social Permaculture. Using the 12 principles in your everyday life helps to put things in perspective, and build a more sustainable life without burning out at some point.
8 Shields Model
The 8 shields model was developed by Jon Young, Ingwe (Elder), and a lot of other people and influences. It seems at the base similar to the Medicine Wheel, in that it uses the natural cycles as a base. It is however much more complex, not only using four but eight directions, using their different energies to facilitate meetings, group events, and even communities and villages. And even that explanation is just scratching on the surface. It is the product of decades of research of how nature connected communities and villages operate, what is needed, and how to balance it.
Dragon Dreaming
This method of building and facilitating group projects was developed by John Croft, who learned from the Australian Aboriginies about their work with dreams and facing your inner (and outer?) dragons (daemons). It is also based on the wheel of the seasons and their energies, but also incorporates some modern project management ideas. Its main goal is however not the end product, but the journey of each individual and the group.
Truth Speaking
Always having the intention to speak your best words and your truth is a way to - step by step - get closer to your inner voice and be able to really connect with your wild heart.
Wild Nature (Wilderness)
Wilderness, or wild, unmonitored Nature, with all of its trees, bushes, flowers, funghi, leggeds, wingeds, finned, rocks, soil and all the other creatures and living things are the most patient and connected teachers. So learning from them is a big part of my journey.
